The Law "was elaborated to develop construction sector, secure realization of housing rights of citizens who need governmental support, and promote housing development".
The Law defines the concept "accessible housing" and imposes demands for such housing. The Law envisages objects of investment of accessible housing, methods to reduce the cost of its construction, requirements for the banks participants of the Program.
The Law introduces amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, the Economic Code of Ukraine, the Laws "On Natural Monopolies", "On Electric Power Engineering", and "On Pipeline Transport".
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No. 3354.
